As of May 17, 2025, BigCommerce will be discontinuing its Affiliate program. This decision was made after careful consideration and aligns with BigCommerce’s current business strategy and operational needs. BigCommerce greatly appreciates the collaboration and support from its partners and will now prioritize ensuring a smooth transition. ### Why is the affiliate program being discontinued?
The Affiliate program is being discontinued due to a shift in current business strategy, driven by the need to drive more efficient return on investment and to maintain strongly disciplined marketing programs.

### When is the program officially ending?
May 17, 2025, at 8:00 AM US Central Time

### Will I still receive commissions for recent referrals?
Commissions will be paid out for all qualifying referrals made before May 17, 2025. BigCommerce will pay any eligible commissions until August 16th, 2025.

### How will final payouts be handled?
All eligible commissions will be reviewed and paid according to our standard payment schedule after the 90 day cookie window closes.

### What happens to my affiliate links and tracking codes?
Tracking links will be disabled: As of May 17, 2025, all BigCommerce tracking links will no longer be functional.

### Can I remove or replace your links/content on my site now?
We encourage you to update all your affiliate tracking links to [bigcommerce.com](https://www.bigcommerce.com/).

### Will there be a new or replacement program in the future?
There are no plans at this time.

### Can I continue to promote your brand in any other way?
You can continue to promote BigCommerce, however ensure that affiliate links are updated to the BigCommerce home page so they are redirected correctly.
